Yet another major chip maker is showing their reference designs for Windows RT Tablets with today's showing put on by Texas Instruments.  Highlighting their OMAP 4 dual core architecture, product manager Bill Crean announced that Toshiba's Windows RT prototypes that were shown earlier at the Computex show were both powered by TI OMAP 4 chips and that both would be shipping early on in Windows RT's release.
